British man 600 children**British man fathered 600 children, A British scientist who founded a London fertility clinic in the 1940s, is believed to have fathered 600 children by using his own sperm for women to have babies. Two men who were conceived at the clinic did DNA tests and found that two thirds of the donated sperm came from the scientist.

A British Man may have fathered as many as 600 children. In 1940, an Austrian Biologist named Bertold Wiesner and his wife opened a fertility clinic in London in which Bertold donated up to two-thirds of the sperm samples.

It is possible that the British man fathered 300 to 600 children since he began donating, Telegraph reports.

It has just recently been revealed that Bertold was making large deposits of sperm at the same clinic where he, and his wife helped close to 1,500 families conceive babies.

This situation was brought to light when two men, who were conceived at the center, came forward with DNA tests and research that strongly suggest that Weisner is the father of a large number of children. Weisner died in 1972.

“A conservative estimate is that he would have been making 20 donations a year… Using standard figures for the number of live births which result, including allowances for twins and miscarriages, I estimate that he is responsible for between 300 and 600 children,” stated David Gollancz of London, who found DNA records that suggest Wiesner was his father.

Today, the United Kingdom has laws in place to prohibit men from making bulk sperm donations, thereby eliminating the chances of siblings reproducing, according to reports.
